Selling gold claims is not our primary business. However, from time to time, we help friends offer a limited number of high-quality Idaho gold mining claims for sale.

 

We take a no-BS approach to mining. We do not promote claims based solely on old stories, historical rumors, or impressive-looking ground. We have personally visited and tested each claim, understand the terrain and geology, and can show where gold has been recovered. We will be honest about the potential, the challenges, and the work required.

 

All available claims are located in the historic Florence Mining District in Idaho’s Clearwater Mountains, approximately 32 miles from Riggins. This is remote, rugged country. Access, weather, water, steep terrain, and limited services can all present challenges. The area offers excellent opportunities for gold prospecting, exploration, camping, and backcountry adventure.

 

We have extensive mining and prospecting experience throughout the Florence Mining District. We understand that purchasing a mining claim is a serious decision, and we want prospective buyers to know exactly what they are considering.

 

Interested buyers will have an opportunity to visit the property, see the claim boundaries and access routes, review the known prospecting areas, and observe where gold has been found. We will also point you in the right direction and share practical information to help you evaluate the claim and make an informed decision.

 

Because of the distance involved, the time required, and the use of our ATVs and other equipment, we charge a modest fee to cover the expenses of showing a claim. This helps offset fuel, transportation, equipment use, and the time required to travel into the district. If you decide to purchase one of the claims, the full amount of that fee will be credited toward the purchase price.

 

We do not guarantee that anyone will get rich, and we do not sell dreams. We offer honestly represented mining ground that has been personally tested and has demonstrated the presence of gold.
